This role will be based in the The Kids Pilbara office in South Hedland and will require extensive and regular travel to 3 research sites that includes remote communities in the Pilbara region.
- Candidates should have experience in project management of complex research projects, working in remote communities, management and supervision of a small team of Community Researchers across 3 project sites.
- The ideal candidate will reside in the Pilbara region and have local knowledge and experience working with Aboriginal communities.
- The successful candidate will work closely with the Community Researchers (Port Hedland, Roebourne and Newman), and Project Manager (Perth).
- Ongoing consultation and maintenance of relationships with local communities and other relevant stakeholders is critical to this project.
- This role is expected to further develop these relationships and maintain engagement with local stakeholders.

This is a Part time role, Fixed term for 12 months. Remuneration package includes access to generous salary packaging.
The successful candidate will need to provide a current National Police Check before commencement.
