Phoebe Harrington is a Project Coordinator within the Human Development and Community Wellbeing team at The Kids Research Institute Australia. In her role, she provides critical support across project management, financial and administrative functions, ensuring the seamless execution of research objectives to ensure the team delivers high quality outcomes.

She plays a key role in the NHMRC Synergy West Australian Aboriginal Child Health Data Linkage Project, facilitating vital research aimed at improving outcomes for Aboriginal children and families.

Phoebe is deeply invested in Indigenous Data Sovereignty and has a particular focus on initiatives that address mental health and wellbeing challenges and disparity in life outcomes within Aboriginal communities. Her work is driven by her personal and professional dedication to advancing culturally informed research that directly benefits community.

With a broad professional background in community engagement, volunteer coordination, early years education and special needs support, Phoebe brings a wealth of experience working alongside vulnerable children and their families, further enriching her contributions to impactful community-based research.
