Project description

Active Strides-CP is an RCT assessing a new treatment for children with moderate to severe CP, combining intensive gait and cycling training to simultaneously address motor and participation outcomes. The Active Strides intervention will be compared to usual care for 150 children aged 5 – 15 years. This study addresses a major gap in the evidence for one of the largest and most disabled group of children with CP, with results to have a major influence on global practice and implementation of effective rehabilitation as part of clinical care.
