Project description

This project provides the first opportunity to change treatment for children with chronic OM in over 20 years and has the potential to impact on every child undergoing VTI by reducing complications following surgery and ultimately the need for repeat surgeries. The trial will determine whether a 5 day course of Dornase alfa is acceptable, safe and well tolerated as a novel adjunct therapy.
