This App helps pregnant women to live the healthiest lifestyle they can in order to give their babies a great start to life. The App is scientifically designed based on behaviour change theory to help you attain achievable goals. It contains multiple interactive components providing high quality, scientific health advice and help with motivation to change.

Our feasibility trial showed that access to PLAN:
- Significantly improved diet
- Significantly improved psychological readiness to change parameters (importance of diet and readiness to change diet)
- Significantly reduced infant weight at 3 mths
The most valuable aspect of PLAN cited by participants was the frequent contact and the level of support and encouragement provided.
