STARFISH Cultural Governance Framework

STARFISH projects are designed by STARFISH Investigators and Collaborators, where they are then presented to the STARFISH Science Forum (Chaired by Prof Asha Bowen). Following support from the Science Forum, the project is presented to the STARFISH IGC for consideration. A project must be endorsed by the STARFISH IGC in order to progress.

Investigators

STARFISH comprehensively integrates a complementary and diverse team with skills in research with Indigenous communities, infectious diseases, molecular microbiology, public and environmental health, housing, architecture, anthropology, primary health care, modelling, clinical trials, spatial demography and data linkage.

The STARFISH Science Forum, Chaired by Professor Asha Bowen, meet monthly to discuss the STARFISH program of work. The Science Forum is comprised of STARFISH Investigators, IGC members, and invited Collaborators.
